Dr. Pamela McInroy is originally from Colorado and graduated from the veterinary school of Colorado State University (Go Rams!). She has been a SoCal resident for the past 30 years. Dr. McInroy has owned this practice in Westminster as a sole veterinarian for 15 years. Veterinary medicine runs in the family, as her daughter, Dr. Alison Osbrink is also a veterinarian. She can often be seen walking her pup Kyrie down the street on Milan Street. If you see her make sure to say “Hi!”. Kyrie enjoys the privilege of being an office supervisor at Amigo. When not going on adventures with Kyrie, Dr. McInroy enjoys going to educational lectures about ultrasound and dermatology. Both of these subjects are of special interest to her.
Out of work, she likes to go on adventures and travel trips with other veterinarians. So far, she has gone to the Arctic, the Galapagos, Africa and next year Patagonia. All of these trips are focused on the animals in these environments and helping to preserve them.
The thing that Dr. McInroy likes the most about coming to work at Amigo is that our staff feels like a second family. We strive to treat our families and their fur babies as our own. Real people answer the phone and most people know our staff by name.“It is really a treat to say I love my job!”.

Somer was raised in Mississippi around horses, pigs, chickens and goats. She has always had a deep love for animals that started in childhood. She would bring home any needy animal that wandered into her path. As soon as she was able to, Somer began to volunteer with animal rescues.
Somer took this knowledge she gained and found herself working in a doggy daycare and boarding facility. After working with the doggie daycare for a few years , she decided she wanted to venture into veterinary medicine. Somer’s career in the veterinary field and her love of animals and vet medicine continues to grow each day.
It is her dream to one day start her own animal rescue, so she can provide loving homes to animals in need. In her free time, Somer enjoys spending time with her husband and likes to go on hikes with her son Jorden and daughter Brooklyn and Max, a 5 year old English Cocker Spaniel. She also likes to read and crochet in her down time.
Crystal has always had a love for working with animals since she was a little girl. Animal Planet was her favorite channel, she never missed an episode of animal cops. On a family vacation, she visited Best Friend’s Animal Sanctuary in Utah when she was a child. The experience made a huge impression on her. This experience is what led Crystal to begin volunteering at a local animal shelter once she was old enough. She was hired to be a part of the team. This was her first job working with animals.
After 5 years she made the decision to work at a boarding and training facility for a brief time. Crystal then was offered a position here at Amigo Animal Hospital. She is one of the veterinary assistants here at AAH. Crystal has been working here since 2023. Her family had been coming to Amigo for years, she was very familiar with the hospital by this time and it turned out to be a great fit.
Crystal has 3 cats of her own, 2 family cats and a chihuahua. Her future goals are to be a Veterinary Technician and to continue her education in the vet field. When she is not working with animals you can find her playing video games, going to concerts, or enjoying time outside hiking.
Tori grew up in Southern California, spending a lot of her early years living on her grandparents' ranch. She has almost always had an animal companion and though she has mostly had cats and hamsters, she has a soft spot for big breed dogs.
Tori first got her start in the animal field by working as a kennel attendant at a local shelter. She enjoyed her time gaining not only experience with animals, but knowledge about dog and cat behaviors. This made her want to pursue a career path in the veterinary field, leading to her applying to AAH in 2024 for reception. She loves her career and hopes to go back to school and eventually become a licensed veterinary technician.
Tori has 2 cats and a hamster of her own and lives with another family cat and chihuahua. On her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, and playing videogames.
