 along with the sun and sand,  we in Southern California also have to deal with the fleas and other parasites.  Make sure you are protecting your pets by using a monthly flea control that you bought at a veterinarian or pet store.  There are many counterfeit products that are out there through mail order pharmacies and even Cost-co.  You may never realize they are not authentic until your pet gets sick or has parasites even though you are using medication.  The best available medications for cats are Frontline and Advantage.  These need to be used monthly even on indoor cats.  The best choice for dogs is Comfortis (the monthly tablet), or the topicals Frontline or Advantage.   If you have any questions be sure to call us at (714)894-5558.
